My stylist has been my friend since the 80's. She studied at Vidal Sasson in England and owns an Aveda salon now.

I told her that I am trying an experiment. I just got the WEN TSV and will start using it now that I just got my hair colored. When I see her in 6 weeks we will see if there really is a difference.

She said that she has been telling clients not to shampoo (even with Aveda color conserve products) as often as in the past. She advises using CONDITIONER instead of shampoo 75% of the time and only using shampoo when your scalp is very greasy.

She said that using WEN is like using an upscale conditioner and it's the same theory.

Has anyone else heard of this idea?
