Anesthetic use during needling goes against what needling is intended to do and that would be to cause small injuries to the upper layers of the skin where increased blood flow is needed for collagen induction. Using anesthetics constricts blood flow and will reduce healing time and collagen formation.

I use tretinoin (Rx Retin-A). I also have been microneedling for quite some time. I had lines on my forehead and on my neck but those are practically gone now.

I've said it many of times. I think the most important thing is to get the old skin that you shed off of your face and neck morning and night.

Use glycolic acid after you wash it and then use a good moisturizer.

I've done that for many years. I'm not pretty. I just look normal.

I just don't have many wrinkles. I totally attribute that towhati posted above.

My youngest daughter uses the same things I do.

I use Dr Denese but I think there are probably other things out there that works just as well.

I see pictures here of people who are very attractive.

We all have things we'd like to change. For me it's my body. It's gone to pot. That's my Achilles heel.

I do apply all of my skincare products on my dec so that helps plus I use a microneedle and my Tria rejuvenating skin laser there also.

If you find that one to be too much then I recommend trying the .025%. Eventually the goal with using any tret is to be able to apply it every night and not skip them.

Another type of tret to consider is tret-micro where the tret is encapsulated in a gel base and delivers the same amount of active ingredient w/o irritation. 'Micro' just means the tret is micro-encapsulated and not a micro dose...has the same effects as regular tret but w/o irrirtation. It's good for people who cannot tolerate regular micro. comes in gel form only.

Regular use of Retin a .01% is the holy grail of skin care , imo. Of course , why bother with anything if you aren't going to wear sunscreen?
I also do a trichloracetic acid peel every 6 weeks, sometimes every month. I tend to "grow" things on my face and the peels decelerate those growths (along with the retin a).
I wouldn't do any of the above unless you talk to your derm first. And don't do your own peels until you've had them done by a professional. I've been doing them for about 10 years now.
P.s. I do the peels on my neck and chest as well. It does help with the texture. I havent been brave enough to do the tops of my hands, but I'm working up to it.

The last time I ordered from them I had three of one kind and three of another kind. It was $10 for shipping.
