However, why would ANYONE spend double the money for something just because one seller has sold more than another? They both have 99-100% feedback one is just not top rated!!!??? For example, I was looking for a It cosmetics brush. I think it is around 45 dollars new, but many came included in kits that cost probably 60.oo with tons of other things, making this pretty much free. So, I see someone (top rated seller) selling this for 39.00 and has 38 watchers, sold 15 of them already, and more available. Now, there is another seller selling the same item for 17.00 and it only has like 10 watchers!!?? I absolutely do NOT understand people and their mentality when shopping. It is a BRUSH!! Both items are sealed, actually the cheaper one is sealed and the more expensive one is in the tube, so who knows if was used? Furthermore, why is anyone paying almost FULL PRICE for this?????? Just because the person is top rated? REALLY??? I've seen this over and over again.
