I take Atorvastatin, generic Lipitor. I went yesterday to fill my prescription at CVS and it was $183 for a three month supply. I don't have medical coverage for meds and must pay out of pocket for them. I found a website GoodRX dot com that you put in the medication you want and it finds the best prices in your area, you then print your coupon and bring it to the pharmacy. Well I didn't take the medication and went back today with my coupon and paid $54, big difference. If you don't know you can get taken advantage of at the pharmacy.
