I just bought LA Girl Pro Conceal in Peach. It does act as a color corrector. Obviously I don't know your coloring but I think Peach works for a lot of people unless you have dark skin. I rarely wear makeup anymore but it's really nice. I also bough Elf Camo Concealer. Google these products. They compare them to high end products and they fare very well. That's why I got them. I got tired of spending a lot of money on products I rarely use.

Another vote here for that Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer. It's top rated. Goes on like a full-coverage foundation and stays put all day. It doesn't settle but if you feel the need you can still apply a setting powder on top and that will help if you have settling issues. When I first bought it they only had 5 shades. Look how many they have now!

Hi @spent2much I am always on the hunt for a "Holy Grail" concealer since Mally's cream one went away about 7 years ago. I've always had dark circles since childhood.

My latest recommends, after trying about 4 lately:

I was in Sephora and sales rep there recommended Nars, which I bought, $30.00, "Radiant Creamy" in "Creme Brulee'"...and I like it! The color match for me was great. I'm gold blonde hair, green eyes, medium skintone...sometimes a bit warm, some pink in my tone too...so maybe that's a true medium. I have dry to combination skin. The Nars is a tad dry but I still like the coverage, staying power and color match.

Before that I had gotten a Loreal Illuminator (I think that's the name) at CVS, when I went back to replace 3 mos. later, they no longer carry it, but I saw it online. That was in #2. It was lightweight, decent coverage, not quite as opaque as the Nars. It ran about $14.00 Loreal has other concealors, this is the one in the thin, square tube, not the chunky round one.

I follow an influencer "Hot and Flashy" on YouTube...her "Holy Grail" is Lancome Tient Idole, in Neutral Bisque (there are several bisques, one N (neutral) seems deeper/warmer, the other has more neutral/pink undertones.) You can look her up on Youtube, I forget what shade she used, but she did an all day test of it, in detail, and the link with her exact shade used is there.) She's made several concealer videos from previous years, this is the most recent from months ago. It looked great on her and didn't crackle or crease as even the Nars does a little bit on me. I am going to try that one too at some point. Also about $30.

But I'd recommend any of the above, though I'm liking the Nars now, and am going to definitely try Tient Idole.

I hope that helps!! It's SO trial and error finding a good concealer, so many aspects that have to be right, application, color match, staying power, dryness etc. I got a Maybelline when I didn't find the Loreal at CVS anymore...boy was that a bad color on me...going to take it back, now that I found out CVS will take back opened makeup that doesn't work out.

I like the Tatcha Eye Pearl and Bare Minerals Bisque on my lids and to set underneath.

Always use creams, then powders on top. The only exception I have is, if I have a blemish that the concealer just won't stick to. In that case, I apply a little powder using a small concealer brush right on the blemish. Then I dab on the concealer and then set with a little more powder. I think the powder gives it something to hold on to.

My other trick for blemishes: I dab it with a q-tip drenched with visine )red reducing eye drops). Eye drops shrink the blood cells in the eyes, removing the redness. It also can reduce the redness in a zit. Do this first, before you do anything else. Taking the red out makes it easier to cover.

I have terrible dark circles under my eyes. I use a color corrector first in either peach or yellow. I then follow-up with a concealer.

I most often use the combo posted about above. LA Colors corrector and then ELF camo concealer.

I am one that hates that Maybelline Instant Age Rewind. It does nothing for my dark circles at all and it is way too thin watery for me to provide coverage. I do not get the hype with this product but people love it.

I have had great results with Clinique's Even Better Eyes Dark Circle Corrector. It has actually lightened my dark circles so much that I no longer wear concealer, which is a great relief since I hate figuring out concealers.

I haven't bought foundations and lipsticks in 2 years. I follow my country guidelines. I just spent 2 months in Italy, where masks are mandatory indoors. So I have been searching for the perfect concealer.

I tried probably all brands from Sephora and Ulta. I don't use department store products, expecially if they are made in China.

My 2 favorites are Hynt and Nars. They come in small round containers.

THe Tachta one is great, but doesn't cover much.

THe Geller vanilla highlighter lightens up the dark circles, but the powder looks awful over the concealer. She shows it often using it that way.

I use sometimes the feather light Tatcha powder instead.
