Just received this item yesterday and it does not work already... Plugged it into three different outlets and does not heat up at all...Any responses....

Mine works great! I'm having trouble with the spray. Send it back but call CS so they won't charge you extra shipping. Sorry all of you are having trouble with yours because it really is great product.

I really like the perfecter, but I recently had to send mine back to get a replacement. Some of the teeth had broken off.

on a quality product the teeth would not break off...... shows that it is a piece of expensive junk.

Send it back for a replacement. Mine works fine, though I don't think it's quite as impressive as the on-air demos would have you believe. My biggest complaint is that it's really hard to clean.
