I've had a Clarisonic Plus for over 3 years and have loved it. I charge it, use it around 15-20 times on one charge, then recharge it, allowing the battery to fully charge again. I store it on the charging station, but do not plug the charging stand in until it needs to be recharged. I purchased a Mia 2 last November as a TSV. I do not use it as often as the plus - maybe every few months - as it is for travel. Well, I just charged it up last week, used it TWO TIMES and it won't turn on now. The light blinks and it beeps but it won't work. Either it has no battery left (I will charge for 24 hours now and see what happens) or it is just broken. How many uses do others get from a Mia 2 battery charged (I assume the battery is smaller and wont last for 20 uses like my Plus). Also, my Mia is less than a year old and still within the 2-year warrantee. Does anyone have experience with the Clarisonic warrantee? Do I need to pay for shipping to send it back if it doesn't work or hold a charge? Is a limited charge covered by the warrantee at all? There isn't much information on the Clarisonic site about the warrantee so looking here for experience. Thank you for reading!
