The pic of before and afters are not accurate. Some actually show a chin and jawline chiseled into a tighter and thinner appearance.

Microdermabrasion will reduce rough areas on the skin, melasma and some very surface lines....AFTER many treatments....not in 6 weeks.

This procedure or dermabrasion (a stronger version of microdermabrasion) is best done by a professional who's equipement is stronger and more accurate.

I find that these at home machines/devices do little more than resurface the skin the same as a physical exfoliation by a product with particles. It will remove dead skin cells and surface debris revealing smoother skin and allowing skincare to better penetrate.

I had a Fraxel Laser procedure done by a plastic surgeon. My face was swollen and red ( to be expected) for a few days. The results were great. The claims made about this TSV are simply ridiculous and misleading. Buyer beware.

They don't mention the cons either. For example, broken caps and hyperpigmention as a result of microdermbrasion.

First nothing is a magic wand.

I was watching this morning and heard them say start using it on sensitive skin mode. I have the Diamond Buff exfoliation tool that was sold on HSN and have the tool for a few years,you just need to wash well the abrasive surface after every time you used,nothing to replace but the tool in years to come when it becomes dull.

To this day I can only GENTLY move the tool over the skin ,otherwise look like a bad sunburn, but think you really have to be cautious with any microdermabrasion,especially thinning aging skin as mine,or any health conditions,skin condition you might have that isn't being said on either shopping channel but rest assure it will be in their manual.

@SilleeMee Exactly why I won't use one of these devices or even the lotions that claim to have those results. I have a friend who sels Rodan & Fields and they have a product like that she tried to give me a sample of. No thanks. That's also why I don't like gritty exfoliators like Skinn's Dermapeel. Besdes the fact that I just don't like the feel of a gritty exfoliator, I'm afraid it would exacerbate my broken capillaries.

Laser treatments are a completely different kind of procedure than microdermabrasion. No comparison.

Indeed they are! And the TSV is promising results that only a Fraxel Laser MAY provide. Even a plastic surgeon will tell you Fraxel Laser does not guarantee fading of light wrinkles- everyone's skin is different. The TSV is showing (fake) pics of wrinkle removal....False info!!
