What is your cap (in dollars) that you put on a product, if any? I know I personally won't go over $45 for foundation, lipstick about $23-25, Blush $25 or $26, mascara not over $23. However, I am so darn practical that I try to find a very good brand for the best price if they have what I am looking for.
