THANKS so much! I have the indigo and it's the only thing like this I have ever been able to use on sensitive skin of mine. I was tempted to try another but scared to!

@Sooner Thanks, I forgot to mention all the varieties are included in the BOGO. I guess Indigo is the clean, fragrance free version for sensitive skin.

I'm not sure if you can post a link for a QVC product, so I didn't dare do it!

@Sooner Truth be told, I haven't used it, but I knew Monica is a huge fan. Right now, for the last six or eight months, I'm having terrible skin problems on my face and I'm under the care of a dermatologist. I never had acne in my life and now I'm constantly getting pimples and I have eczema on my jawline. The derm told me no exfoliation.

@monicakm She didn't specify what type actually. She also told me to stop all acids such as lactic and glycolic. About 6 months ago my skin completely changed from problem free to a mess, for no reason she or I can determine. It's so frustrating.

It is frustrating, even as a teen I was so lucky, I never had a pimple! I'm on presription cream and lotion. The eczema is subsiding a bit but I get on or two zits every week. It's nuts.

Does the Tatcha powder have graininess? Any exfoliator I've used has some, just different degrees of it.

@decaf How often do you wear a mask and for what the length of time? As told to my daughter in law the masks we are all wearing are causing lots of skin conditions we never had to deal with.

@Janey2 Thanks for asking, I'm retired so I only wear one going on errands, etc. So not very often. This is a puzzle for me as well. I'm going to ask the derm next if there's any blood tests that may determine what's going on.

I am someone who has skin so sensitive that I really don't use any exfoliation on it--they just makes it break out and turn red.

Someone recommended this Tatcha to me, and I use it once a week to 10 days very gently. It seems to actually help my skin while not turning it red.

NO WAY could I use any kind of exfoliation frequently--and I really don't see that much differene to experiment with many of them.

Some people have thin sensitive skin that doesn't tolerate much--even if it is oily like mine.

@monicakm Me too! Thanks! It is a struggle. I use the Calming occasionally and have not had issues with it--much to my amazement!

For anyone familiar with this product, what is the difference in the Gentle and Indigo.

OK, I jsut watched the presentation, I think she said the GENTLE is for dryer skin and the INDIGO is for sensitive skin...I think I will go for the gentle.

Customer Choice Nominee on a new product with no reviews. Did Q just change the item number to reflect the "duo". If so, why weren't the reviews brought forward to the new number. Strange.

@MrsCat21 The Gentle is for dry skin but I use it on my more normal skin. The difference between the Gentle & the Indigo is that one of the ingred's in the other formula's was eliminated in the Indigo for sensitive skin as it could be a irritating.

ETA: at the moment that ingred. escapes my memory. But if you have any skin concerns then the Indigo would be the way to go. If not the Gentle is a good choice.
