    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I ordered 3 cream eyeshadows during her sale last week and when I received them all 3 were half full not at all like shown on the website or on other youtube channels when they show the product it is really full I was so disappointed. A return slip was included so I am returning the item. What I want to know if anyone has returned a product was it a hassle or no problem at all. Thanks&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Never wore it and unfortunately it was not returnable because of the sale price.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/804"&gt;@cuddlesmama&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I've never made a return to the CT site.&amp;nbsp; But if you go to the website, there is a returns tab at the bottom and it says they issue a full refund within 30 days.&amp;nbsp; And there is a form you can fill out to start the process and make it faster.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
