IT Cosmetics first-time user

I ordered the recent TSV and the CC+ cream box does not indicate where the product is made. I called their 800 number and was told they cannot tell me where it was made because they have facilities in the US and globally. Does anyone know where it is made? Thanks.

First, I'm not an IT user but a quick internet search said the company is owned by L'oreal and the CC Cream and other IT products are made in China, Korea and the US. So, no way to know for sure the country of origin. My best GUESS would be China.
