@monicakm they might have gotten rid of the Thyroid med due to pressure from the FDA. Even though the FDA doesn't control supplements, if they make certain claims they can step in. I'm on a Thyroid group and I sometimes see people asking if anybody has successfully used some of these Thyroid Support supplements instead of their thyroid medicine and I find that concerning. I can see maybe trying it in conjunction with your thyroid med, but not in place of, and you would need to test more often.

I need something opposite. I'm cold all the time, unless I'm out working in the yard, and then I sweat. I keep the thermostat in the summer set at 76 and sometimes put on a little topper beause the air is blowing on me. I'm wearing socks right now and my feet are cold. I'll ony wear sandals if I'm going to be outside. All of my clothes have to have some sort of sleeve or else I'll have to wear something over it.

For those that were interested...I started them last Thursday. Last Saturday I had NO sweating and I definitely would have with the day's activities. Sunday-Tues I did sweat. Today, NO sweating! Ceiling fans on low I'm taking a medication now tho that does cause sweating so it might not be as affective. But I just read on the bottle that I can take more if needed so I have. Praying that this will be what it takes to keep me from being a drippy, uncomfortable mess
