topic Broken spritzer in Beauty

This is the first time I have ever participated in a discussion, but am hoping someone can help me. I have a 4 oz bottle of Amazing Grace, barely used, that no longer sprays. I was able to figure out that the problem is in the little tubing that goes deep into the bottle. The tubing has separated from the actual spraying apparatus on top. I thought I might transfer into another bottle, if I find a bottle... but have no idea how to get the perfume out of the "broken" bottle. Any helpful ideas would be appreciated... thank you!
