I take my makeup off with an oil cleanser. It emulsifies with water to rinse off completely. It does not interfere w/ anything I use afterwards. The only actives in my night time routine are Retin A and sometimes combined w/ Obagi to fade any dark areas. My AHAs and Vit. C serum are in the morning.

@Shanus do you mind sharing which serums you use and in what order? Thanks!

@Texasmouse I use PTR Acid Peel Pads...It gets rinsed off and then I apply my Vit. C serum (Obaji Professional C 20%).
