Yes, I have it. Bought it a while back but wanted to use up something else before I opened it.

I only started using it a few days ago, so I can only comment on first impressions. It has a nice consistency and seems to absorb quickly. I can put on my foundation shortly afterward and they work well together.

Donkey milk is nothing new...it's used for skin care, people drink it instead of cow, goat milk & it's used as a sub for human breast milk. Google for more info.

@ellaphant My love for goat soap has not waned, but I stopped using the S&C. I needed a richer conditioner.

Cow dung is a great fertilizer for our grass, but I wouldn't put it on my face. As soon as I hear about people climbing trees to find a special bean, brave the rivers of foreign countries to obtain an ingredient only found "there", magic melons from France.....a bell goes off in my head that rings NO.

I happened to catch a few minutes of Bobby Ray on HSN introducing the "donkey milk" product and I just had to laugh.

My first thought was, I'm glad I'm not the one having to milk the donkey.

Having said that, I love little donkeys and would rather see them left alone.

@Desertdi My mantra is find skincare that works for you. Add another product as you age, if needed, but don't keep switching around. If you read about it, most have similar ingredients anyway. The "new" added better and newer doesn't mean it's more effective. My pet peeve is trying so many different skincare items, how do you know which ones are working and which are extra money doing the same things...duplicates that aren't needed?

Each new product you use needs to be given at least 6 wks. to see how your skin reacts. How do you know when using so many others? If I introduce a new item to my skincare, I stop all others to see how my skin reacts. Any change, irritation or no significant difference after 6 wks., , it's a NO.

Believe it or not, donkey milk is a real thing. I purchased some donkey milk (vegan I think), natural cream on Etsy. It was all handmade from a woman owning a farm. It really didn't have a scent, mostly unscented. A lot of people rave about it. I thought it was very drying on my face, almost acidic in a way. I ended up throwing it away because it was not gentle enough for my sensitive skin. But I think they're coming out with different versions of it.

I would use donkey milk it if it worked. I loved the effects of the salty water in the Dead Sea and it healed skin almost instantly. I used AHAVA for several years. Good line of products so I tried them. It is fun to try skin care products, I enjoy it. I am currently using Dr. Denese, it's a blast from the past but great products. Probably everything we ever needed but it's not new.

@Effie54 Vegan mean no animal products used, since the milk is from a Donkey it is not considered a vegan product.

Yup, you're right. I was wrong. I was confusing that with another cream that I bought that had colloidal oatmeal, and was vegan. You are correct, the donkey milk is not vegan. Sorry about that.
