I removed the stopper thingy and turned the dial as indicated. No powder. I could see the powder, so I pulled an old BE trick and gently tapped it on the counter. No powder. Turned it a bit upside down. (Lid closed). Got the powder though somewhat messy. Used the powder and love the effect. Medium a great match.</P> <P>But my question - is there a way to get powder in that little resovoir without having to turn the container upside down? Am I missing something????
