I called customer service, but the woman I spoke to didn’t know anything. She said she assumed the discount was already there, and I told her I’d been shopping the Best in Beauty Weeks for a couple of years and the price always goes down. I said that unless the price drops, I probably wouldn’t be the only one calling to see what was going on. The only thing I can think of is that HSN might not have a lot of them, and they could be waiting until midnight on the west coast in order to give everyone a fair shot of getting one.
