I went to a stylist on a friend's recommendation, told her I had cleansed my hair just before I came so didn't need a shampoo. I have fine hair with a slight wave and had scrunched some mousse in to define the waves a little. She asked if she could straighten it before she cut it. I assumed she meant she was going to wet it down with a spray bottle. She started using a VERY hot flat iron! I had visions of fried hair falling all over the floor with 1" frizzled ends sticking up all over my head<IMG src="http://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/ohmy.gif" alt="{#emotions_dlg.ohmy}" />. I told her it was too hot and she stopped.
