@Desertdi. I believe that is Elon Musk"s mother who died recently. She was a striking woman but not someone who should sell cosmetics. She has a "Star Wars" look.

Historically, Estée Lauder has had some very beautiful models, e.g., Paulina Porizkova, Willow Bay, Elizabeth Hurley. This one is definitely a downgrade.

Let's not forget the Lauder for men model Bruce Boxleitner! I met him when I worked for Estee' Lauder. Holy moly, he was so very handsome!

I think Ana de Armas is very pretty. You should google her to get some better images and photos of her. I think she'll be a lovely model for Estee Lauer. She is an actress who has been in the movies Knives Out, Blade Runner 2049 and No Time to Die.

@stevieb , I met Estée Lauder more than once in the 70's. Believe me when I say her kids have ruined her company and her original vision...
