I love Above the CLouds. Which tweaked is more like a "regular" shampoo to use in between? I shampoo usually every other day but I think Above the CLouds is too rich to use each time I wash my hair.

There is traditional shampoo and conditioner. The scrub also lathers up like a shampoo and remove buildup. If you are buying shampoo and conditioner, make sure you select the one appropriate for your hair. They may say everything is good for everyone during the presentation but I disagree. The Restore line is for dry or damaged hair. My hair is fine and thinner than it used to be. For me, the Restore products are too conditioning, they make my hair go limp and flat if I use them too often. The Rise & Shine shampoo & conditioner, on the other hand, is perfect for me. I use them the most and then use the scrub and cream cleanser every once in awhile.

Most have sulfates to remove all the styling products off the hair. They'll also take off some dye if you color your hair. That's why so many shampoos are "sulfate free".

I only use a clarifying shampoo once a month to give my hair a "fresh start".

@Shanus I also have terribly hard water, so I clarify once a month for that. I don't really need it for removing styling products since I don't use any that build up. I always do it my final was day before I color, so really it's once every 5 weeks.
