The letter stated since they "appreciate my loyalty to QVC" they will provide me with InsideQ membership at no charge. I'll still receive the monthly magazine,eNewsletter, and access to the InsideQ web page without an annual fee once my current membership has expired. I'm surprised QVC is doing this as they will be giving away something they use to make money on. I wonder if this will be available to all customers or just a select few.
