Isn't ALL beauty on 5 easy payments?

I'm confused - there is a large banner at the top of the QVC landing page advertising 5 easy payments on all beauty, however, I tried ordering a Josie Maran set and it's only on 3 easy payments - actually I noticed several of her items only have 3 easy payments. I contacted online customer service and was told - well, it just shows this one is on 3 easy payments - um, is this not considered a beauty item? The set contains mascara, lip gloss....I thought these were beauty products? I contacted customer service via the phone and was told the same thing. I am disappointed that neither one of the reps I contacted offered to give me 5 easy payments. Bad customer service.

I know some people don't use easy pay, but I do...it helps me with budgeting.
