I just got my 2nd shipment of Supersmile toothpaste along with the pre-rinse. For the 2nd time the bottle of pre-rinse leaked before I even got the packing box opened!!! I will not use this because it could be contaminated but I just don't understand why this problem with the seal??? I was refunded for the purchase but really like this product but I will not chance ordering again! Canceled my AD. Anyone else have problems wtih leakage? (The toothpaste tubes were tightly sealed.)

@bargainsgirl I have been using it for many years with no issues of leaking.

My Pre-rinse was crushed at the very top, bend you might say.

I will not use it for the same reason you state, perhaps if they address the issue & lower the price, maybe I will buy again.

It's a great system, but not co$t effective if you're only using 2 of the 3 products ordered.

Was this the HUGE pre-rinse bottle they showed this week? I've been using Supersmile for ~10 years and I don't see what the big deal is about the prerinse. It's ok, but I really don't want that HUGE bottle.

QVC should replace the pre-rinse for you. Good luck.
