Do you ladies remember these hair ties from the 60's and 70's? Just fold a smaller scarf like that and you're "covered"!

Yes, I had a couple of solids and a Navy Blue Madras Plaid !!! I hadn't thought of them in years. They were a must have !

Haven't thought of these for years. My mother sewed tops for my sister and I and always made these scarves to match. Since I can't get to a fabric store for cotton and bias tape I just ordered one from etsy. thank you for the suggestion!

Yes, I had several, and fortunately I still have one! It’s blue gingham, and I’m keeping it in my purse as an emergency face mask, just in case I forget to bring one. Not the biggest issue now..... update: we went to watch the Air Force Thunderbirds fly over a local hospital today, and, guess what! I forgot my mask, so I used the gingham kerchief! BTW...the Thunderbirds flew directly overhead, and it was extremely emotional to experience.
