I love this, I love how my face feels, and how this looks, not at all powdery or cakey.

But... I'm doing something wrong. I'm using the big triangular sponge that comes with it, and swirling the compact, and then very lightly patting and rolling the "edge" of the sponge on my face - I'm not rubbing or twisting or wiping it at all - I'm doing exactly what I've seen them do on the videos and the shows.

The problem is... it "lifts" my blush and redistributes it where I next pat, even when I wait some time. It is powder blush over foundation, and is very lightly applied - when I do the same "pat and roll" with a cotton ball, nothing is on the cotton ball, I have to really rub or wipe the cotton ball to get any blush on it.

I've been remembering to do the blushed parts last and to turn the side of the sponge, but my blush still ends up on the applicator, and then on other areas of my face. I'm washing the sponge after each use, and I'm always surprised how much makeup there is on it, I really don't cake it on!

Any hints or tips, I really can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Thank you!
