The directions say leave it in your hair one minute but I left it in for the duration of the shower.</P> <P>Compared to other cleansing conditioners like wen, loreal, salon graphics this gives you a much deeper complete clean like a regular shampoo would! As far as conditioning it gives you a "balanced" conditioning. It is not as deep conditioning as wen but very balanced. It does nor over or under condition.
