      <title>Refusing to Refund</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't posted here in a while, but I need some advice. I ordered some makeup online and the company did not print my shipping label correctly. As a result, I never received the package. I have been in communication with customer service as well as an executive from the company (he contacted me after I posted about my situation on social media). They are refusing to refund my money. First they claimed the address was correct, next they insisted that I am the one who entered my address incorrectly, then they claimed it is at the post office. I do not want to pay for items I never received. Should I contact an attorney and have them write a demand letter?       <description>&lt;P&gt;i dont think it would be beneficial to use an attorney unless it was A LOT of makeup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i do agree though with &lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3456"&gt;@deb5555&lt;/a&gt; . contact your credit card company and tell them you want to file a dispute and that you never received your merchandise. they will remove the charge right away, have you fill out paperwork, and then follow up with the company. they will then decide who is the responsible party.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I usually buy from my local studio, but she was closed due to this terrible virus. I have been to various studios through the years and the ladies have always been so nice. It was a shock to see how the Merle Norman company treats customers. If you are interested in their products, I'd recommend ordering through one of their studios.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had an issue with a Macy's package that never arrived at holiday time.&amp;nbsp; I follow tracking carefully when ordering packages.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was able to provide them w/snapshots of UPS indicating the package was delivered to my local PO, and the PO indicating they never received it (they changed it from received to not received after I called them about the missing package).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Macy's ended up refunding me. But I would carefullly look at any tracking for documentation. And I also save emails when orders are placed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I never received the item but they proudly took my money!&amp;nbsp; I just called my credit card company, disputed the charge, they investigated and refunded me back the money to my cc. When you use your credit card you have total protection, not so with debit cards.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
