NATIVE Deodorant

Nikkia Joy, influencer, recommended this deodorant. She claimed she could go 2 days and remain fresh - even noting that the fragrance still lingered. She's a runner and so is her husband. Even he said it worked and he, too, could still pick up the fragrance as opposed to armpit odor. They gave this deodorant a real workout.

It is paraben and aluminum free. The ingredient deck is pretty good, too.

Quite unexpectedly on my last trip to Walmart I ran across it in all of its fragrances. Picked it up and have been using it for a two weeks now. Lo and behold, she was right!

I picked up the citrus & herbal musk. Dries down to a soft scent. $11.

Anyone else have success with it? What fragrance did you select?

Suave now introduces a new natural deodorant, also aluminum and paraben free.

I tried Native and it did work for me. I quit using because it left a buildup on the underarm of my clothing that was difficult to get out in the wash.

I think that deodorant is what I am wearing today!

We are staying a few days at DDs and she purchased every scent in this brand. I couldn't find my usual (by DoTerra) so I'm wearing her Native., which broke her out.

my underarms feel a bit itchy right now. So we will see.

i will try to report back here about my experience with it🥰

Thanks for the heads up. Something I do is allow it to dry. After showering, I use a hand-held fan after applying to dry before putting clothes on. Of course, if time doesn't permit, I can see that that might be an issue.

Funny, I never thought to use a fan or blow dryer. If I try Native again, I'll try it. Thanks

It could be the fragrance. Native does come in fragrance-free.

Just use a pinch of baking soda.

Also during this time of isolation, 'train' your body not to

rely all of those deodorant chemicals by going without.

Think of it as a mini-pit-detox.

Now would also be the perfect time to dial back the

lotions & deodorants. Maybe do some dry skin brushing.

Drink lots of water...and get a bit of sun...

and of course, eat tons of vegetables.

It's the perfect time to let your skin breathe naturally.

This is the brand I use. I've been using it for about a year now. I chose coconut scent.

i use this and really like it. It works for me.

Look up Lume. It is terrific. I used Native and like Lume 5x more. It is Baking Soda free also. It has a video on their site that explains all about it. I am now on autodelivery.

I tried the Native deoderant also but it did not work for me. I currently use Suave and will look for the new paraban, aluminum free one.

I tried it with no success & ended up throwing it away. It gets great reviews, so it obviously works for many people.

I've been using Native for about 3 years, before it was available in stores. I absolutely love it and it works well for me. I started with unscented but now like to try a different fragrance each time. I buy it at Target now.

I like it. I got a sample of the Coconut, and it's nice. I don't think it works quite as well as Schmidt's, but I don't get the irritation I get from Schmidt's either. (Native doesn't have baking soda in it and Schmidt's does, so makes sense.)
