Few people apply foundation to ears, right up into hair line, neck and chest. All these areas require at least a tsp. of spf and allowed to dry down before any foundation is applied.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Cc cream &amp;nbsp;Dermatologists &amp;nbsp;will tell you to put sunscreen underneath this as you can’t put enough &amp;nbsp;cc cream or foundation on to keep you safe. Dr. Dray has said it on her YouTube.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can put on enough cc cream or foundation to be protected without additional sunscreen. Some people don't. Some people don't put on enough sunscreen to be protected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
