    <description>&lt;P&gt;I worked in retail before.&amp;nbsp; I would definitely return back to the store and ask to see the clerk who rang it up.&amp;nbsp; Most likely their name or employee number is featured on your receipts.&amp;nbsp; There is no reason why they can't credit your credit card right then and there.&amp;nbsp; They may even say a manager must do it and that's fine, but&amp;nbsp; theres no reason not to.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Ulta - UGH!!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am beyond upset and angry. Just before Xmas I took my grandchildre&lt;SPAN class="text_exposed_show"&gt;n to Ulta to shop for their mother's Xmas gift from them. They were thrilled and we had a great time picking out stuff for mom. I had a 20% coupon and when we checked out the clerk said that I could get an additional 20% off if I applied for an Ulta credit card. I did and it was apporved. The clerk rang up the sale and something went wrong with the receipt. The clerk and the manager fiddled with it for about 10 minutes and the finally called a guy in Ulta's IT department. He worked on it and the sale went through. I got two receipts for the first ring up and then the second ring up. I asked specifically if I would be charged twice. Sean, the manager and the clerk all assured me that I wouldn't be charged twice and that was just a glitch in their system. They gave me the two receipts so that I could check my statement. Well, guess what? Two weeks later and I got my statement with both charges on it. I called the Ulta-Comenity Bank number and they said that they can do nothing except file a dispute and that it will take 60 to 90 days to settle it. The bank advised me to go back to the store. I did. They advised me that they can do nothing and suggested I try guest services. Somehow I will work this out but I will never, ever shop at Ulta again. A new Sephora opened near me and they will get my business. These Ulta folks are crooks.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="book antiqua,palatino" size="4"&gt;Sorry for the long rant.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I went back to the store with my cc bill/receipt &amp;amp; asked for a manager.She apologized &amp;amp; immediately issued a credit. In addition she gave me a lipstick &amp;amp; a 20% off coupon for my next purchase.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Ulta is where my granddaughter always wants to go.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;They are outrageously expensive but then so is all makeup.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I take her there because my daughter (her mother) won't let me pay for all she does for me.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I try to limit the visits to $100 but it always goes way over.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;I understand about the OP being upset.&amp;nbsp; I think she was given good advice about contacting the credit card company and I'd contact the bank just to make sure.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'd never heard of it. I got the card in the mail but I will not activate it and will never use it again. I thought that it was a store credit card like Macy's or Kohl's. It's a MasterCard. I have certainly learned a lesson. I will pay it off tomorrow because I don't want to pay interest and I don't want to lower my credit score. I have pristine credit and I want it to stay that way!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As I said earlier, I am paying it off so they can't get any interest from me and if the cc company finds in my favor they can send me a check. I'm not going to ruin my credit or pay interest on this. I have certainly learned my lesson. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;That's too bad that happened to you. I rarely shop in the store but I do order online several times a year and I have never had a problem. When I have had to contact customer service they have been great.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They offer a large variety of reasonably priced, cruelty free items, where as Sephora is definitely more expensive and high end. They have great sales, coupons, rewards. Unless something drastic changes I will continue to shop there, but I'm sorry you had such a bad experience.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
