    <description>&lt;P&gt;I wanted to take a moment to share a very positive experience I've had with philosophy.  Last week I eagerly placed a large order w/ the dot.com during the 40% off sale.  Blame it on pregnancy brain, but as soon as I hit "confirm order" I re-read what I had ordered and realized that I had forgotten to order the new "kiss me" lip shine in pink tint (I had intended to order one of each: berry, coral and pink).  I debated calling the next morning to try and add it on, but figured that it wasn't a big deal and decided to content myself with the coral and berry.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Fast forward to today, my order arrived (I'm on the East coast-less than a week from order placement- go philosophy!) and I happily ripped into the box.  Everything was a delight.....however I noticed that I actually received 2 coral lipshines and one berry.  I was all set to call and offer to send back the unordered lipshine, when I checked my invoice and it said qty. 2 next to the coral one.  I double checked my confirmation email and sure enough, not only did I forget to order the pink one, I must have somehow ordered two of the coral. &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I decided to call philo. and ask if I could send back one of the coral's (on my dime) and exchange it for a pink (I'd pay shipping both ways, it was my mistake).  I spoke with philo CS and they said in light of my longstanding relationship w/ philo (I've only been a philosophy girl since 2010!) they would send me a pink tint lipshine at no cost, no need to send the extra coral one back.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I was floored!  I made the mistake and they are going above and beyond to make me happy.  Now that's customer service!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I know we've had posts regarding cost-increases, quality, fragrance strength etc.  But the way they've handled this has cemented my identity as a philosphy girl!  Just wanted to share my pleasure and positive experience!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
