I am trying to find a lip topper that offers a subtle metallic shine without a lot of glitter. I have tried several that looked beautiful in the tube (such as Jouer Skinny Dip), but end up with glitter fallout around my mouth (not a good look ☹️ ).

Do any of you ladies have any suggestions?

I am currently using Maybelline gloss. Pearly, no sparkle.

Bobbi Brown lipglosses have a lovely shimmer.

@Swedishmiss I’d recommend MAC glosses...specifically one called Oyster Girl.

Fenty beauty gloss bomb lip luminizer is great. The diamind milk color does exactly what you’re looking for. No fallout with this one.

Urban Decay and Two Faced both have metallic lip toppers with no glitter. I second the recommendation of Mac's oyster as well as Rhihanna's lip luminizer(s).

For the same effect you're looking for, if you have a luminizer (not a highlighter) you can get the same effect using minimal light gloss on top. I have a Laura Geller gelato luminizer received as gratis and I use it wet as an eyeshadow or on the lip as described above. Always good to have items that multi-task.

ELF makes 3 nice ones (Metalic Lip Crayon). I like the "Rose Gold" one best over any lipstick or alone.

I like Laura geller’s color luster gloss. It looks a bit glittery in the tube but not on the lips. Right now TJ maxx and Marshall’s have a lot of LG products at good prices, including this gloss.
