I have been a long-time Wen user. I just started using my gallon of pomegranate and it seems watered down compared to my previous bottles. My other bottles were thick and rich looking. This is more soupy. Anybody else notice that?

Hmmm, that does seem unusual. I just checked my supply and I do not currently have pomegranate but everything else is thick as always. Usually so t thick I have to “dig” it out (as I’m sure you know). Does It smell okay? Regardless, I think I’d give them a call and see what they say. Interesting...
