just came from the $ store, and saw the Believe beauty display.

Good news is it's cruelty free, and made in the USA.

i bought a pink primer, $4, and a liner pen $4 also.

havent tried them yet, but will report back after trying for a couple of days. fingers crossed.

@kittyloo I bet some youtubers already have reviews on Believe. Good to know they are made here & are cruelty free.

tried the primer this morning. comes in pink, yellow, or green. went on more like a gel.

didn't ball up or anything. nice smooth finish.

paraben, and sulfate free.

so far so good.
