    <description>&lt;P&gt;I use to be an 8 hour back in the day.  Now that I older, it's usually 6 or 7 but then I end up taking a nap too.  I know Martha Stewart is a 4 hour sleeper.  Some people require less and some more but I noticed that you require less as you age.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
