topic Anyone Here Use Perricone Neuropeptide Serum/Cream? in Beauty

Always tempted to try this even with the $240 price but I'm not sure if it really works. Read the ingredients list and am not happy to see the first one is water, theres two kinds of rice bran oil which is a pretty common product, and quite a few parabens. What is supposed to be so effective? Would like to hear from those of you who actually use it. TIA
