Does evine ship quickly?

I’m caving and want to order something from SSC. Have been a long time user of them but had stopped in the last few years. I didn’t want another shopping channel to add to my list but I want something from SSC so just wondering where do they ship from? Anyone know ? Thank you for any info.

Depends on the item. I would post in a SSC thread in Beauty and ask about shipping times. Evine CS may be helpful too.

My EVINE orders take about a week. Their delivery date information has usually been accurate.

I used to get my orders fairly quickly but not anymore. I don't know what happened.

I ordered Isomers TTV on the 19th & it's still in process.

@cactusjack I get very good service from a Evine....everything ships right out and never gets hung up or in limbo like with QVC. I highly recommend them. I have used CS with Evine and it is great too. This has been my experience anyway.

@cactusjackMost orders ship from their Tennessee warehouse by either UPS, USPS or a combination of both (UPS SurePost).

Also, if this is your first order, you could get 15% off and free shipping with a coupon code WELCOME. Call customer service and ask them to apply it to your order.

I've always received my things from EVINE very quickly, but had no idea they were shipping out of TN. I live in TN; therefore...it explains a lot. lol

I live in NY. I find them very slow vs QVC or HSN. Orders placed sit for days before shipping. But it’s handy if you change your mind in the next day or two and want to cancel, which I have done often. I miss when you could still cancel an order the next day with QVC. Now they’re just like HSN and it’s too late by the next morning.

I have received orders from Evine that have shipped incredibly fast. Other times it has taken over a week up to 10 days. I know some people say it takes forever to receive their orders. I guess there is no definite answer to this.

For the most part Evine ships fast. And that's good news since they've been offering alot of reduced shipping deals of late.

I also get fast shipping from QVC and HSN. HSN is the only one that I received different items then what I ordered. That has happened twice in the past 2 years. But hey have great customer service to help resolve it.

From some of the posts I have read I guess you can pay for the item by check. If you decide you don't want it don't mail a check. LOL!!! Looks like paying by check is the way to get around not being able to cancel an order.

mine did the same thing, then it finally shipped and once it went to USPS, no more tracking available and it sat there for 4 days. I emailed Evine and told them that they will continue to lose customers with this kind of shipping. when you order, I think you get about 2-3 hours before you cancel then is says "in process" too late. then it sits there for 4-5 days and then ships UPS transferring to USPS. Nope, Not going to order from them with that system.

I order cat food from chewy.com and it's usually a huge box with a 25 lb box of iitter as well and I get that delived in 1-2 days! I think Evine lost both Beekman and Skinn because of their shipping. JMO
