topic Clarisonic question in Beauty

My Clarisonic MIA 2, which I have owned for at least two years, now beeps when I turn it on. There are 5 beeps from high to low then the pulsating begins. I have changed the brush head and it still beeps. Other than that, it works fine. Any ideas why this happens? Thanks!

Mine only beeps (and the green light blinks) when it needs to be charged. I would contact the company to see if there’s an issue with it.

I believe you hold the on button for several seconds, it did take me several tries. i have a mia 1 so i:m assuming its the same for a mia 2 it did stop after that

I reset my Clarisonic and the beeping stopped. I just thought it was weird bc it never beeped before.

I had what must've been a very old Clarisonic Mia which I bought from QVC probably five years ago. It wasn't holding a charge, started beeping, then stopped working. I contacted Clarisonic directly to ask what they thought was wrong, and I was told that the battery inside the unit was basically done. Finished. Kaput. Because the unit is hermetically sealed, there's no way of replacing the battery. My unit was dead. They did offer me a 25% discount if I purchased it directly from Clarisonic, but I told them QVC has better offers and easy-pay so I passed. If anyone knows if a Clarisonic is coming up as a TSV soon, please post. I miss mine, believe it or not.
