Sharpening wax eyebrow pencil

If I use my regular eyebrow sharpener will the wax gum up the blades? Can I even sharpen the wax pencil?

I bought a wax pencil on Amazon and never thought about the sharpening problem. I really like it and would perfer not to have to go back to the hard pencil type.

Try putting that pencil in the freezer for about five minutes or so. Then take it out and sharpen it while it is still cold. Freezing it will help harden the waxy product and make it easier to sharpen. @Imaoldhippie

@Imaoldhippie. I do what @SilleeMee does but I leave mine in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
