I’m thinking it might include the new cc matte, since the date of the tsv is the same day of the product launch.

No clue, but I did hear that Sephora and the IT site will get the new matte CC before QVC, so not sure it will be the TSV (though we can hope)!

Yes. Sephora has the exclusive of the new matte CC cream beginning July 27th and I believe IT and other lines have launched previous items simultaneously on the Q even when brick & mortar claim to have the exclusive.

The date(s) may be just a coincidence but who knows.... I think I'd like to try it.
