How to find a video of a product which sold out?

I purchased the Algenist serum and liquid collagen. It does not have directions as to what goes on first. I tried looking it up and its sold out. Was trying to find the video.

Usually serums go on first, but this serum is thick, which is odd. The Collagen is also thick. I remember the woman demonstrating how to use it but don't remember what goes first.

I'd like to find the video.I ordered it on 6/18 which is only 4 days ago.

Unortunately the videos of a sold out product is nowhere to be found @Ceci. I see it a problem, because I need to go back and look at the video or a description of a product I bought, and it's not there any longer. I do not understand, why QVC cuts the customers from this information as quick as product is sold out.

Evine has all the info including videos for years, as long as you have the item number - the listing will open!

Don't know, maybe this is something that buyers should start complaining about, they should keep the info for a time period at least.

To find a video even if the item is sold out, use google search engine with keywords QVC Algenist and do a google video search as you may find a youtube video from QVC or some beauty influencer using the Algenist product so you can see how it's used and in what order it's used in your beauty routine.

I usually Google the product and there is an option to find it on QVC with a video.

I would go to algenist.com However, they say you always start with the lightest treatment first.

YouTube, lots of QVC presentation videos there. You can try googling by item number and name.

Never occurred to me to Google it or go directly to Algenist.com!

Thank you Sillee for the link. I could not get the page at all. When I enter the item # I get, 'sold out.'

Don't know how you got this older presentation.

Actually the questions and answers are mixed. Some use the Collagen first, serum last. I have always used serums first. I'll try reversing it.

What is confusing is that both products are thick and greasy. I'll try using less.

If I don't get results, I'll send it back before it expires.

Thanks all about Googling the product. Will do that in the future.
