Would there be any one that actually buys a lemon fragrance that last on a person,i think i would like to try ,i love the lemon body lotion from eo.

I do not use fruity smelling perfumes in the spring & summer. On me, they draw bees & wasps. One sting from a wasp was enough for me!

@goldensrbest, I love the smell of lemon. I'd try it, if the scent wasn't overpowering.

If Lemon Pledge came out with a perfume I would buy it. Love that smell.

Seem to remember I enjoy Old English wood polish scent too. Not really a negative to go around smelling like you have a perfectly dust free home with gleaming furniture.

That might actually be a scent that I could tolerate if it was lemon and not a heavy scent.

I like Light Blue by Dolce and Gabbana. It is a light,citrus fragrance. Not sweet or heavy. Everyone likes something different, but you might like it.

I am going to be 60 tomorrow..Anyone my age remember the late ‘60’s early ‘70’s and the “LOVE Fresh Lemon” line of products???? Oh those were the most fabulous lemon scented products ever.....Maybe I was young and impressionable, but wow, do I remember those fondly....

Absolutely. My favorite Love fragrance was their Rain scent. And I still have a bottle.

@goldensrbest - Bath & Body Works has Limoncello and Love and Sunshine fine fragrance mists, and C.O. Bigelow Lemon Eau de Parfum. I haven't tried those, but I love their Coconut LIME Breeze fine fragrance spray. I sometimes work with someone allergic to strong scents. I can wear this and it doesn't bother her. I like to wear it in the summer anyway - it's light and refreshing!

It's funny because I was hanging on to an ancient bottle of Bath & Body Works green clover and aloe shower gel -- I thought it had a similar scent. I went to where I have that bottle and noticed it was still sealed after all these years. I went ahead and opened it to take a sniff.

Similar but different. Rain has (had?) a "grassier" scent.

I used the Love's Fresh Lemon ages ago. More recently, like a couple of years ago, I picked up the C.O. Bigelow Lemon Eau de Parfum at Bath & Body Works. I thought it smelled nice. As for staying power, I can't really comment on that. Oftentimes, we can't detect scent on ourselves but at the same time others around us can.

I have tried, without success, to find a true lemon scented anything.

At one time, Avon sold something that was lemon scented. It wasn't their brand, however. I think it was Lemon Sugar something. But, it didn't last once sprayed.

Demeter may have something in lemon, but their scents disappear quickly too.

Love's scent wasn't true lemon on me, but it was nice.

You wouldn't think so, but it must be a hard scent to get true.

I just checked eBay and it was Avon Mark Self Sanctuary Lemon Sugar Perfume Scent Mist.

There were several listings for different prices. My only complaint is no lasting power.

I liked this one but it was also discontinued.

Le Couvent Des Minimes Verbena & Lemon.

Beekman's Fresh air smells like lemon verbena IMO.

I really like it since it't not overpowering.
