Urban Decay Anyone use?

I like what I see of their eye shadow palette. Especially one called Backtalk. Any one here try any of their products?

I have used their eye liner pencils. They have great muted colors that are easy to apply.

I also want that! I saw their video presentations. I have that and the primer in my basket at Sephora to check out. I have not purchased from their website yet. I also want to check out their mascara.

@songbird I love, Love, Love Urban Decay! I have all kinds of makeup but my very favorite line is Urban Decay. The quality is excellent and the colors are great. The foundations are the best I’ve found for my 50-something year old skin. I buy most of mine from Ulta.

I use their 24/7 eyeliner pencils, the Razor Sharp Liquid eyeliners, their eye shadows, blushes, Afterglow highlighter (Fireball), eye shadow primer & their Naked Skin color correctors (pink & peach) and Naked Skin liquid concealers (light neutral).I also like their Naked Skin Liquid Foundation.

If I could only use one eye shadow palette for the rest of my life, it would be the Naked palette by Urban Decay, I also like Naked 2.

I love the concept of Urban Decay's Naked palettes and when they introduced the original it was a palette of neutrals was a unique item. Naturally the rousing success of The Nakeds sent other brands rushing to their formulators and manufacturers to get something similar on the market, and now many brands offer something similar (including some drgstore copies). Over the past few months I was introduced to their Vice lipstick (bullet and liquid), and it's become a favorite. My favorite colors are: 1993 and Amulet. I've used the eyeshadow primer (Potion) before and it's better than most.

The foundation, powder, blush, lipgloss, mascara, eyeliners and other products aren't bad, it's just that I haven't come across a color or formulation that leaps out as being exceptional. That said Urban Ddecay is a fun brand to browse because it certainly has a lot of products to choose from and a tremendous color range.

I really like their Vice lipsticks. I got the Blackmail lip palette on a whim at a good price and fell in love with the formula and colors. I've paid full price for lipsticks in 2 of the colors in that palette since then.

The first eyeshadow experience I had with the brand was the Full Spectrum palette, which is beautiful, but I find the shadow quality sub-par. I still use it, because there are gorgeous and unusual colors in there, but I have to be mindful of how I apply and which brushes I use. And I know I won't get very long wear out of the looks I create with them.

I have tried a couple of other shadow singles since then (that I've gotten as part of kits or as samples), and those are better, but I haven't bought any other shadows. None of their other shadow palettes have tempted me because there always seems to be too many similar colors, too light colors, or colors I know I wouldn't wear included. I am keeping my eye on Naked on the Run though...if I could pick that up on sale at the right time, I think it would be good for travel.

@songbird, I have their Naked 2 &3 palettes and they are the best shadows I've ever used, highly recommend.

@songbird I use the Naked Basics and Naked Basics 2 palettes. There isn’t a neutral, matte shadow that isn’t in one or the other. Their small size makes them easy to use, store and take along when traveling.

Nothing makes my eyeshadow stay on better than Urban Decay Primer Potion! I've used it for years. Those little tubes last forever, too.

I like Urban Decay, liners and lipsticks are really great. I have one Naked Palette, the smaller basic one, the sharpener is the BEST!

Thinking about it general, I have way too much make-up!

I prefer the eye shadow singles over the palettes. I have used the e/s Blunt for a long time and it is one of my favorites, along with Smog.

Liar is one of my favorite lipsticks. Just a great everyday color. I don't think you can go wrong with their lipsticks, as they have a vast array of colors.

I really also like the Naked Skin Foundation. I prefer it over IT cosmetics and the Bare Minerals Complexion Rescue.

UD 24/7 eyeliner pencils are the best on the market. And they have a gorgeous array of shades. For me, they go on easily and stay put until I remove them.

I have been using UD eyeliners exclusively for years, they are truly the best I’ve ever tried. I have very sensitive eyes and they never bother my eyes like most brands do. I also have the Naked 2 eyeshadow palette, and though it is pretty the shadow fallout does sadly irritate my eyes. I also have their pencil sharpener and it works great.
