Everything was beautiful. I gave the eye shadows and lip glosses away as gifts. I kept the liners for myself. I loved the brown.bronze shade and used it a couple of times and then was not able to "advance" the pencil to dispense more product. I checked the other eye pencils and the same problem exists with ALL of them?!? Is there some trick I am missing? I can't get them replaced (I called) and all they could do is credit my account $7.12. I really liked the pencils and am soo disappointed with the result that I have four useless eye pencils on my hands! If there is a trick to this, PLEASE let me know!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
