Peter Thomas Roth 360 Eye renewal from the TSV - Rancid?

My PTR TSV (from 3/17?) arrived today. The 360 Eye renewal cream smells off, like it is rancid. Has anyone else experienced this?

I received my kit today and opened it after I read your post. I tried the 360 Eye renewal. It smells okay to me. There is a slight scent but nothing bad. I'm sorry if you got a bad batch. Thank you for letting us know, I appreciate it.

I got my kit today and just used the eye serum. I did not notice an off odor and I have a pretty sensitve sence of smell.

I received the kit yesterday. I removed the pump from the eye renewal and it doesn’t smell bad but I have a question. When the product gets low how does the pump work?there’s nothing from the pump going into the bottle.

I received mine today as well and used it tonight but I didn't notice a weird smell. I am a newbie to his line and I love the way everything went on. So far I am impressed. It was all packaged very nicely as well.

Hello,

I am new to the PTR line but just opened my kit this morning. Used the eye cream and it was pretty odorless. It sounds like this line has good customer service so maybe they will be able to help you out.

My skin feels really nice after the AM routine. I even broke out my Mia 2 (previously gathering dust) to use with the washing step.

The airless bottle has no dip tube but rather a diaphragm that rises to evacuate the product. When user depresses the pump, it creates a vacuum effect, drawing the product upwards. Consumers can use almost all of the products without any waste left and they don’t have to worry about the problem of the standard pump that do not work appropriately for many products. There is usually a tiny hole in the bottom that draws the bottom plate up. So when you get to the end, you can scoop out the littlest bit. If you ever want to reuse a pump (I do this), you simply push it back down and start over! They are great for serums and creams.

Yes!! My eye serum definitely smells bad. To me, it smells like a wet washcloth. I notice that you can't even find anything about the tsv listed on the qvc site, which means nobody can leave any reviews. I feel like it was a lesser or low-grade batch we were sold.

I have a very sensitive nose to the point I could never use Dr. Perricone's Cold Plasma and philosophy's original hope in a jar smelled like wet dog to me. My FirmX 360 Eye Renewal has no detectable odor.

Maybe it's time to compare lot numbers.

Sorry in advance for being off topic. The Kit we all bought is now back up for sale at $300. The TSV price was $139. I expected to see the Kit come back online at a higher price, but $300? BIG price jump!

Wow holey moley that is a big increase...usually post-TSV price increases are not that dramatic. Glad I locked in on auto-delivery. I have never tried PTR before but I like the effects after a few days of consecutive use. Fingers crossed!

All: Thanks for your responses, I reached out to Peter Thomas Roth and their response is below. By the way, my lot number is 8B05 ( The second character looks like an "8" but i believe is a "B"). It looks like I may have a match-up with another user. Here's the response from PTR:
