I figured that's the card that will allow him to eat out at a restaurant or fill his car up with gas or whatever he wants - hey, it's Christmas!! Then I'm told that there's a $5 charge for this?? Really???? For something that my Dad may leave $$ on or may not use (for whatever reason).</P> <P>Isn't there any place that I can get a gift card for free??
