I want to do something short of self-tanner for my winter-white arms. I have an arsenal of products like Nars Body Glow (others from Tarte and Josie Maran) that can add a hint of color and/or shimmer. But I will be hugging lots of people (some wearing tuxes) and I don't want to leave behind smudges or fairy dust! Is there something I can do to lock it on? I also have Laura Geller's Tahitian Glow that she shows applying with the wet puff. Anyone have luck with this?
