I had already received the e-mail version a couple of weeks. It indicated you had to phone in to redeem the offer. I decided I wasn't going to use it, because I did not want to have to call in. ( I am just one of those people that would rather shop online, and not have to use the phone ). Anyway, the link I got in the mail says to " Log on to QVC.COM/THANKYOU. Looks like I will be using it now.
