It was a bakery setting and the women in the advertisement was holding a cake and had on a cute stripped hat and dress on. The add was for a new facial product like a wrinkle cream, serum, line smoother/filler or treatment. It said something in blue on the cake referring to the product or new beauty item. I cannot remember the magazine or month, I saw it at the Dr's office.<SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"><EM><STRONG>I swear that is Patty Riely in costume in an add for The Derm Doctor products</STRONG></EM></SPAN>.Let me know if you see this add and if you think it is Patty or if you know Patty did the advertisement.
